How I handle your information, in plain English.
Draft. This page is finished, and checked, before the site goes live.
This website
The only information this site asks for is what you type into the questions on the Start here page. Your answers reach me through the form service and by email. I use them only to reply to you, and I never sell or share them.
No advertising trackers.
If we work together
- What I deliver is yours once it's paid in full: the files, instructions and notes in your setup.
- I never ask for your passwords, and I never sign in to your accounts or take control of your computer.
- What you share stays private. I use it only for your project and never share it. Before I work with any documents you send, I make sure my own AI account is set so your material isn't used to train AI models.
- After your project, I keep the documents you sent and my notes from our conversations for 30 days after your support window ends, in case you need more help. Then I delete them.
- Some things never go into an AI system: passwords, account numbers, ID numbers and private details about other people. Please don't send them to me either.
Every plan comes with my full terms of service, also in plain English.
