Draft 1 for review. Not published yet: words, pictures and colors will all change.

An AI assistant that knows your business

Tired of explaining your business to AI every time you use it? I'll help you get what's in your head (your prices, your policies, how you do things, and why you made past decisions) written down in plain notes, kept in your company's own files rather than locked inside an AI app. Then Claude works from those notes.

It's set up for one person: the one in your company who runs its AI. Setups for a whole team are coming later.

What it does

  • Answers questions about your business from your notes, and shows you which note it used, so you can check it
  • Says "not written down yet" instead of making something up, and adds the question to a list for you to fill in
  • Drafts emails and documents that match how you actually do things
  • Flags it when two notes disagree, instead of quietly picking one
  • Runs a monthly health check: notes due for review, contradictions, anything out of date
  • Keeps a reminders list for the dates and events that matter to your business

What goes in it

  • Your prices, terms and policies
  • How you do each job, step by step
  • What your words and terms mean
  • Why you made the calls you made, dated, so nobody re-argues them
  • Who owns what
  • Optional: a folder for each ongoing client, with their history, open promises and follow-ups

What never goes in: passwords, account and ID numbers, pay and personnel details, privileged legal advice, or anything you wouldn't want an AI to read.

Three ways to get it

Currently offering a founding client promotion: 30% off, in exchange for a short review and permission to describe your project without anything that identifies you.

Do it yourself

$700

A ready-made kit, set up for your business. Simple step-by-step instructions walk you through installing it. Then Claude interviews you about how your business works and writes it all down for you to check.

  • Setup instructions and a plain-language manual
  • Seven days of answers by email

A good place to start

Set it up together

$1,400

Founding price. Normally $2,000.

The kit, tailored to your business in your own words, plus a 60–90 minute live session where we install it together and get it started.

  • Everything in Do it yourself, tailored to you
  • One live setup session by screen share
  • Your first real notes written together, and Claude's first real questions answered from them

Done for you

$2,100

Founding price. Normally $3,000.

It arrives already filled in with your business. Then we install it together, and I check in with you through the following week.

  • A one-hour interview about how your business runs
  • Your first 15–20 topics written up for you to check, like your prices or your refund policy
  • Up to 100 pages of your existing documents brought in, the kind you'd hand a new hire
  • The live setup session, and a week of check-ins

More than 100 pages of documents? Extra pages are $25 for every 10. Your plan spells out exactly what's included for you.

What you'll need

  • A computer, Windows or Mac
  • Your own Claude account. Most setups need a paid plan; Pro starts at $20 a month
  • Obsidian, a free notes app
  • A cloud folder you already use, like Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox. That's your backup

Built from experience

I run the large version of this myself: a library of about 92,000 files, with a team of four AI agents working from it. What I set up for you is the small, simple version, built the same way.

Questions people ask

How is this different from Notion AI, Copilot or ChatGPT with my files?

Those search whatever you've got, mess included, and guess again every time. This is a small set of reviewed notes, each with an owner and a review date, so answers come from something you stand behind. And it's plain files you own, readable by any AI tool, so you're never locked in.

How much work is it to keep up?

About 15 minutes a week: glance at what Claude filed, approve it, and fix anything out of date. Once a month Claude runs a health check and lists what needs attention. Claude does the writing; you do the judging.

Can my whole team use it?

This version is set up for one person: the one in your company who runs its AI. Setups for a whole team are coming later.

What happens if we stop working together?

Nothing changes. You own the accounts and the files, so everything keeps working.
